Note: Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

• Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at returns@cabrinistore.com with photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
