You may cancel an order placed with Cabrini's Store under the following conditions:

• The order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders typically enter processing within 2 hours of placement.
• You contact us promptly to request cancellation.

Note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

2. Confirmation: We will confirm whether the order can be canceled based on its processing status. If eligible, we will process the cancellation immediately.
3. Refund: If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be canceled, including:

• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Custom or personalized products, as indicated on the product page.

If your order cannot be canceled, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before processing or shipping, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Any promotional discounts or offers applied to the order will be voided upon cancellation.
