  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Note: Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., skincare products with a short shelf life) or personalized items, are not eligible for refunds. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

5. Exchanges
